What Crypto Predictor is

Crypto Predictor is a software tool for rule-based cryptocurrency trading strategies. By default it operates in paper-trading mode: all trades are simulated with virtual money and involve no real funds whatsoever.

What Crypto Predictor is not — and third-party execution

The Service is not an exchange, broker, bank, custodian, asset manager, or financial advisor, and it provides no investment advice or recommendation of any kind. Nothing on this website or in the app constitutes an offer, solicitation, or advice to buy or sell any financial instrument or crypto asset.

If a user enables the optional real-money module, all real orders are placed with and executed by third-party exchanges (e.g. Kraken Futures) using API keys the user created in their own exchange account. The contractual relationship for execution, custody, fees, and settlement exists solely between the user and the exchange. We have no influence over, and assume no responsibility or liability for, the exchange's execution, pricing, availability, outages, account decisions, or any other conduct. Questions or disputes about executed real-money trades must be addressed to the exchange directly.

Risk warning

Trading cryptocurrencies — including with automated strategies — involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Prices are highly volatile. Simulated (paper-trading) results are not indicative of real trading results; real markets involve slippage, liquidity constraints, and outages that a simulation cannot fully reproduce. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You alone are responsible for every trading decision, including enabling any automated strategy.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including availability, accuracy of market data, signals, statistics, or notifications, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from the use of — or inability to use — the Service, from acting on any signal or statistic it produces, or from the conduct of third parties (including exchanges, hosting, email, and messaging providers). Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for intent or gross negligence) remains unaffected.
